Comments: Facelifted model of the "bubble" Laser with the option of fuel injection on the 1.6, along with turbocharging and 4WD on the TX3 model. Very similar to contemporary Mazda 323. Sedan and wagon version now called Laser instead of Meteor. Wagon continues on as the KE II when rest of range replaced by the KF in 1990.
